Equilibrium is a mood diary designed for people who suffer from Bipolar, formerly know as Manic Depression. This application is free of charge but has limited support, it includes in built help to get you started.
You may need the following installed before Equilibrium will work on your system:
MDAC 2.7 (Type this into the msdn search box to find download page)
Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1 (Type this into the msdn search box to find download page)
The diary comes in "RAR" format, so you will need to "unRAR" it by downloading the following (Download the trial version if you do not wish to purchase this software):

Once you think your system is prepared to install Equilibrium, click the link below:

Once you have uncompressed (unRAR) the RAR file, run the setup.exe file from the folder you created to install Equilibrium.
